BYPP is where the journey begins. Focused on drivers as young as 7 years old, BYPP provides structured guidance, coaching, and support to nurture emerging talent. Official partner of the RACB, BYPP offers young drivers a professional framework recognized within Belgian motorsport. It lays the foundation of discipline, technique, and racing mindset that every young driver needs.

Its reputation is reinforced by the recognition of the FIA, the involvement of one or two Olympic medalists in its programs, and the fact that every young driver is invited to the annual Awards, a true mark of honor and celebration of their progress.

Every race weekend is a challenge, and physical preparation is key to meeting it. Fit Racing Performance ensures that drivers are ready not only before the competition but right up to the moment they step into the car. Through tailored protocols focused on flexibility, reflexes, coordination, and alertness, drivers gain the sharpness they need to perform at their best. Recovery sessions are also precisely designed to help them recharge between heats. Trusted by exceptional drivers such as Thierry Neuville and Guillaume de Mévius, Fit Racing Performance brings elite-level expertise to every detail of preparation, helping our drivers achieve consistency, endurance, and victory.

Laptime is more than a simulator center it is where preparation meets performance. Before each trackday, our drivers train on high-end simulators to learn every corner, braking zone, and reaction of the car. This ensures that once on the circuit, they already have the confidence and precision required to perform at the highest level.

For our Driver Management program, Laptime is also a key evaluation tool: it allows us to test young drivers in realistic conditions, measure their potential, and determine whether they are ready to move forward in their racing journey.
